All products are boxed or packed and brand
new, unless clearly stated otherwise. Please note that all products are
open and inspected before delivery. We make sure that all products leaving
the store are of the highest quality and reach you in good condition. |

Product Descriptions |

Please note that due to the technical nature
of many of the products we sell, it is very difficult for us to maintain
detailed up to date specifications. If you require more detailed
information, we can send you a copy of the manufactures product
specifications on request. Please note all manufactures of the products we
sell reserve the right to amend their product specifications without prior
notice. |

Product Guarantees |
|
All products we sell are covered by the
manufactures warranty only. Details of a products warranty and its
duration are included with the product. Most will have a 12-month minimum
warranty period. There are exceptions: faders and cross faders, cd
optical, light bulbs and parts subject to wear and tear, neglect and
professional use. |
If a product is found to be faulty under
warranty it is at the manufactures discretion whether a replacement or a
repair is issued, under the warranty terms. The unit must be returned to
us to be forwarded to the manufacturer. It is your responsibility to pay
for carriage cost for shipping to the manufacturer; costs for return to
you will normally be covered by your warranty. See subsection for number 9
for returning of goods. Your statutory rights are not affected. |

Pricing |

we reserve the right to change our prices
without prior notice. Customers who have outstanding orders will be
notified of changes before their order is charged and despatched.

Purchasing |
|
All orders are subject to availability. There
is a minimum order charge of ?10. Products are not sold on trial basis. We
are not obliged to supply you goods until we have confirmed acceptance of
your order. Automatic Email confirmation does not constitute order
acceptance. Confirmed acceptance of an order is represented by completion
of payment. We never debit your card for items not in stock, your card
will be charged at the time of despatch. Backorders will not be taken, you
will be informed at the time of ordering when the product will arrive in
stock and when to reorder the item. All goods ordered will only be
despatched to the cardholders address, goods will not be delivered to a
third party address. No property or title of the goods shall pass from
Super sound and light to the customer until payment has been received in
full. |
In submitting your order, you are offering to
buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose
of supplying the goods, this includes details being passed on to couriers
and other subcontractors. Your details can be removed from our system at
your written request. Finance is not available online, you must sign in
store, be over 18, have proofs of Id, please call or email for details
before you make the journey! |
If we feel false information has been given
we will refuse to complete the order. |

Shipping |
All orders are sent either recorded delivery
or via TNT and both can be tracked. If you do have a problem with late
delivery, or do not have someone present at your address to sign for the
delivery, please call our store number where we will chase it for you.
Orders will arrive within 2-7 days. The delivery dates you are given are
only estimates we are given by the chosen couriers. We are not responsible
for any loses you may suffer if a delivery does not arrive on time for
whatever reason. Goods must be signed for as unchecked, as sometimes on
opening the packing you may find the product inside damaged due to the
parcel being mishandled, if this is the case you must notify us within 48
hours. If you sign for the parcel in good condition, you will have no
grounds for replacement, if the goods are found damaged on opening. As
soon as the goods are signed for they become your responsibility. All
charges for shipping are calculated by our website for online orders and
quoted to you for telephone orders. If your order is returned to us
undelivered due to your own fault, you will be responsible for re shipping
charges. Please call if your order is overseas. |

Payment |
Cheques, credit and debit cards are not
subject to a surcharge. Cheques will be checked through a clearing house
and all cards will be authorized to confirm payment. You may be asked to
provide proof of address; failure to produce these details will result in
cancellation of order. If paying by card you must be the cardholder
calling to place the order, the cardholder will be notified to confirm the
order. Fraudulent use of a card will result in police action. |
Banker?s cheques, transfers and postal orders
are accepted and will clear immediately on receipt. This also includes
payments made into our bank account by cash. |

Returns Policy |
|
Your statutory rights apply on returns when
ordering from this website. This right does not cover consumables. No
order can be cancelled without the prior written agreement of the Company
the Customer must obtain a returns authorization number from the Company
prior to returning the Goods. Goods must then be returned, at the
Customer's own risk and expense, for receipt by the Company within 7 days
of their delivery and must be undamaged, in re-saleable condition and in
original packaging (which shall include any of the Company's outer
packaging). The total cost of the goods will be refunded within 14 Working
days on receipt of returned goods. Money shall be refunded in the same
form it was paid. Goods returned after 7 days as 'unwanted' or
'incorrectly ordered' may be accepted at the discretion of the Company but
will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the invoice value of the
Goods. |

Inspection, defects and non-delivery
|

The Customer must inspect the Supplies as
soon as is reasonably practicable after delivery of Services, the Company
shall not be liable for any defect in the Supplies unless written notice
is given to the Company within 7 days of such date. |
|
The quantity of any consignment of Goods, as
recorded by the Company upon dispatch from the Company's place of
business, shall be conclusive evidence of the quantity received by the
Customer on delivery, unless the Customer can provide conclusive evidence
to the contrary. The Company will not be liable for any non-delivery of
Goods or non-performance of Services unless written notice is given to the
Company within 5 days of the date when Goods should have been delivered
